The National Identity Authority (NIA) invites proposals from qualified advertising and communications agencies for the design and execution of a national public awareness campaign promoting the Ghana Card and the benefits of national identification.

Scope of Work

The campaign should cover above-the-line media (TV, radio, and print) as well as digital and social media channels. Agencies must demonstrate experience in government communications and the ability to produce content in English and at least two Ghanaian languages.

Submission Requirements

Interested agencies should submit a technical proposal including agency profile, proposed strategy, creative approach, and team CVs, alongside a financial proposal in a sealed envelope. Both documents must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the closing date.

Eligibility

Open to Ghanaian-registered agencies only. Evidence of VAT registration and a valid Ghana Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate are mandatory.
